Job Summary :
Responsible for IT training , after sale servicing and support ,automation project implement.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1.To conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
2.To support and respond to regional request within reasonable time limit.
3.To ensure IT project at regional level are solved promptly and completely within reasonable time frame.
4.To train regional engineers IT skill that include Cobas link /TeleService/Host Interface/IT product .
5.To implement automation project . after sale servicing support, upgrade
6.To work closely with centralize Lab Integration Marketing colleagues, Regional service team and IT team in order to support IT project .
7.To report the product problem to GSS by CM Clarify.
8.Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager


Education :
At least Bachelor Degree in appropriate computer science or IT Degree. Holder of the Master Degree is preferred.


Experience :
At least 5 years IT support / project experience in IT industry and work experience for big multinational companies. Work experience in HIS/ LIS hospital laboratory / Interfacing prefer


Specific Knowledge & Skills :
1.Proficiency in various desktop applications and hardware
2.Strong capability in hospital laboratory work flow
3.Knowledge of website , Java and Oracle database development is prefered
4.Good attitude and good service sense, be responsible
5.Good communication skill both in chinese and English
6.knowledge of information technology , ASTM , HL7 protocol and telecommunication
7.Connectivity with hospital HIS / LIS experience , Laboratory work experience is prefered
