Implement and fulfill all application requests timely and ensure the process quality in accordance with BASF guidelines

Main Tasks：

 ·  Ensure all activities to meet BASF standards of EHS, 5S and QM;

 ·  Responsible for your own safety and care about safety of fellow workers as well, the detail information please see the EHS responsibility description; 

 ·  Capable of conducting all the operational items same as Application Technician (e.g. Operate spray machine proficiently; Calibration for all spray machine; Implement and fulfill all application requirements timely, strictly follow specifications and ensure the application quality, etc.) 

 ·  Organize daily ARS Meeting and hand-over Meeting between shifts;

 ·  Conduct panel assessments by using measuring devices proficiently, e.g. film thickness meter / wavescan/ color measurement meter; 

 ·  Record working data and prepare test reports

 ·  Support to investigate the root cause of quality complaints and Coordinate effectively with PO/Application/Operation to improve quality 

 ·  Conduct continuous improvement for 2-shifts operational process

 ·  Train the new employee and guide them to ensure the independent operation; 

 ·  Handle application programming proficiently and familiar with application parameter adjustment; 

 ·  Complete any other assignments from supervisor.
