Responsibility:


Meet design and quality standards without losing your sense of creativity
Determine appropriate content of drawings and specs for designers in order to meet work scope.

Write new mechanical system specifications and develop new details as required.

Direct the project team on a daily basis if required for timely project delivery.
Review RFI team answers and submittals
Write decidedly un boring operation sequences for AHU, CHW and HW systems
Understand (critical!) and apply CHW, HW, WSHP, variable & constant flow systems concepts as appropriate
Develop and monitor mechanical work scope in conjunction with the PM

Review code related items with the design team to keep those ducks in a line
Manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours
Write studies and reports for plumbing system projects

Attack complex plumbing designs that have potentially conflicting design requirements and respond with cat like reflexes
Perform front end loading of plumbing systems for projects.
Contribute to standard and master specification revisions


Qualification:


Bachelor's Degree in Plumbing /Mechanical Engineering, or related focus;
Positively excellent reading and writing skills in the English language;
Experience using English as a primary working language is a huge plus;
2 years above of work experience
