Day to Day Responsibilities:

Lead finishing line day to day out-going quality assurance, non-conformity product handling and product quality improvement.

Investigate customer quality issue and follow up and track corrective/preventive actions in plant side.

Lead quality system continuous improvement including process audit, PQA promotion, Quality culture promotion.

Support Plant Engineering to improve quality and performance.

Lead new product internal and external qualification.

Coordinate annual ISO audit activities and support customer audit.

Coordinate Equipment calibration management.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge in ISO9001 and Static Tools, SPC and Quality relative tools.

Good negotiation and coordination skill for cross department cooperation .

Can work independently by self and also work well within team.

Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading.

Good Excel, Word, PPT skills. 

Education & Experience 

B.S or above degree in engineering relative major. 

At least 3 years working experience in QA function or Process engineering. 

Soft Skills 

Good personality and communication skill. 

Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart. 

Project Management.
