岗位职责

1、建立和管理销售团队，确保完成销售目标；

2、主导销售运营，如销售计划、组织、分解、进度控制和改进等；

3、参与销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖金计划的制定；

4、主导部门日常工作的管理、员工的指导、培训与评估；

5、针对市场需要与反馈，对产品或销售提供建设性建议或意见；

6、完成上级交办的其他事宜。

任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；

2、3年以上销售行业工作经验，有葡萄酒餐厅酒吧销售管理工作经历者优先；

3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀；

4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

5、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力。
