工作职责：
1. 管理维护公司网站，定期更新网站内容；
2. 调整网站关键词密度，合理优化网站结构；
3. 根据公司需要设计制造相关专题页面；
4. 交换网站友情链接，发布网站外部链接；
5. 通过SEO优化技术提高关键词排名，提升网站浏览量，最终获得有效咨询量；
6. 组建、管理网络推广团队，合理安排工作内容；
7. 收集、统计、分析数据并及时对网络推广方案作出调整。


任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历（能力强可适当放宽要求），一年以上相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉HTML、PHP编程语言，能够独立建站或仿站；
3. 熟悉SEO优化技术，通过优化提高公司网站整体排名；
4. 能够根据公司要求独立创作原创、伪原创文章；
5. 熟悉网络整合营销，如：微博营销、论坛营销、视频营销、病毒式营销等；
6. 具有清晰的网络推广思路，能够根据公司业务发展合理安排、分配工作内容；
7. 具有一定的PS、flash功底，能够根据业务需求独立设计网站专题页面；
8. 具有良好的职业素质及团队合作精神。
