Responsibilities:               

Responsible for IPO agency fee invoicing process, including data extraction, invoices preparation and communication with inter-co stakeholders; ensure timely and accurate month/year end closing for agent fee billing; 

Consolidate all type of agent fee billing information and prepare the summary report Responsible for IPO accounting and reporting, including monthly reconciliation between accounting system vs IPO agent fee report and functional cost report; 

Prepare communication summary on a monthly basis to business area about agent fee charge and functional cost allocation; Work closely with GSSC to ensure the accuracy. 

Perform monthly evaluation for foreign currency receipt and payment, verify realized exchange gain and loss Prepare monthly audit adjustment information to FSSC Support functional cost control, including data collection from different sources and consolidation per management’s requirement;

Support periodic functional cost analysis and comment for deviation vs budget and forecast.

Need Competencies:                   

A degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ experience related to accounting or finance reporting; 

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; Strong self-motivation and have the drive to meet the expectation of both timing and accuracy; 

Good command in written English and Mandarin. Fluent in spoken English is a plus
