Position: (Marketing assistant )

Reporting to: (Markrting Manager)

WHO YOU ARE

Objectives as below:
? Implement  internal DOA process including vendor bidding, expenses management, contracting and filing.

? Support connection with functional teams (product line, sales, customer care etc.) transfers respective contents and activation tools for execution

? Support manager to monitor and track department defined KPIs and objective

? Support marcom activities including event, prints etc.

? Fulfill the tasks assigned by manager

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY

? Responisble for vendor bidding, contract cycling and PO
? Monitor and track monthly KPI  

? Assit in BTL marcom activities

? Other tasks requried

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

? Excellent attention to details
? Bachelor’s degree
? Proficient communicator both oral and written (both Chinese and English), good copy-writing skills preferred
? Excellent time management and organizational skills
? Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure

Required languages:

? English basic reading, fluent in speaking preferred
