In addition to demonstrating expertise when performing all Senior Clinical Data Supervisor responsibilities:  

Follows Helpclin’s and/or Sponsor’s SOPs and work instructions and to be knowledgeable in applicable sections of:

• Clinical data management process

Drug development process

Performs routine tasks for: ·       Serving as the CDM role for one or more global trials ·       Serving as the LCDM Role for one or more high complexity trials ·       Serving as the PM Role for one or more high complexity trials ·       Systematically trains the ACDCs/CDCs/Clinical Data Supervisors/Senior Clinical Data Supervisors ·       Strictly tests ACDCs ·       Reviewing SOP and providing the actionable recommendations for the SOP ·       Drafting SOP and standard template ·       Participating in the standard library design      

Works actively in project team by:

• Actively exploring the pathway to management the clinical trials effectively
• Actively communicate and collaborating with the project team member

Actively taking difficult tasks by oneself
