职位描述
- Establish leasing strategy and leasing activities plan based on company business plan. Be in charge of pre-opening of new project, and establish leasing plan and key tasks, project progress and timeline milestones.
- Conduct market research, analyze commercial real estate industry, market environment and brand trends.
- Conduct project research, analyze the region business environment and competitors' status, and complete research report and rental forecast.
- Set up leasing strategy, project positioning and planning, conduct commercial term and conditions negotiations with tenants especially key account, sign LOI and leasing contract
- Manage leasing process and tenant, maintain existing tenant relationship, business develop new brand, stores and tenants.
- Complete leasing tasks,sign leasing contract and achieve leasing target and rental budget.
- Coordinate all activities related to leasing with other department peers in Development, set-up Operations, Legal and Finance.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree and above, majored in business, marketing, economics or related areas.
- At least 3 years of commercial real estate leasing management experiences, prefer strong BD experiences in famous F&B group. Experience from working in international organizations is preferred.
- Be familiar with commercial real estate industry, have rich brands resources and in-depth networking in the industry, have mature experiences in the whole leasing process including market research, project positioning and planning, pre-opening leasing and commercial negotiations.
- Result-oriented, work efficiency under pressure and deadline, achieve leasing plan, rental budget and financial target.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, business minded personality.
- English and Mandarin language in spoken and written.
- Team player who respects and can interact & work well with others in a sensitive and effective way but also able to work independently.
- Creative & innovative, can successfully adapt to changing in demands and conditions.
