Job description:

Become a member of our cellular communication team working on state of the art wireless solutions for 5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM, WiFi, BT, and GPS. Designers have the opportunity to work on different parts of high performance transceiver. Responsibilities include:

- Work with platform architects to define the requirements for RF and baseband blocks based on the system requirement.

- Transistor-level feasibility studies of RF/mixed-signal circuit blocks and architectures.

- Design various component blocks inside radio including RF front-ends, baseband filters/VGAs, PLL circuits, ADC/DAC, and power management circuits.

- Guide the layout engineer to ensure the efficiency and quality of the layout design.

- Write design report, testing plan and testing report.

- Assist testing, debug and support product application.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years direct experience in CMOS Analog/RF/mm-wave circuit design.

- Master or Ph.D degree in Microelectronics with emphasis in CMOS Analog/RF/mm-wave design.

- Demonstrate solid background in Analog, RF, and mm-wave design, familiar with basic building blocks such as LNA, Mixer, TIA, PGA, Filter, PA, VCO, Divider, CP, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, BG, Transformer and other RF and analog blocks.

- Possess a strong understanding of wireless systems and familiar with different RX/TX architectures.

- Proficient with Cadence Spectre (RF), Virtuoso, Verilog-A or similar simulation and layout tools.

- Experience with EM simulation tools such as HFSS and Peakview.

- Driven to achieve success and able to work in a team to reach clear design goals.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.

- Fluent in English language both oral and written.
