1.Achieve project launch and engineering change timing and manufacturing requirements, ensuring that all documentation, reviews and authorities are complete 

开展项目，明确工程变动时间和生产要求，确保所有文件、流程和生产顺利进行

2. Provide clear communication to internal and external customer and supplier 

提供清晰的流程给内部和外部的客户和供应商 

3. Act as the point person to the customer. Regular meeting at the customer side, receive customer requirement and make the action plan to make the requirement into effective;

4. Regular internal program meeting, facilitate teams to address identified issues to keep the team in the same page, and provide the direction for the next step 

组织定期的内部项目会议，了解团队遇到的问题，保持团队一致性，并明确团队后续目标 

5.Provide team work and leadership for program teams and production support. 

领导并开展团队工作并给予支持 

6. Act as the window contact person between the purchasing, CEC and the seat plant, ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction 做好采购、CEC和工厂之间的沟通协调工作，使团队充分了解客户和公司对质量、成本、交付、产品性能和客户满意度方面的要求 

7. Keep tracking the engineer changes in the PLM/SRM system, organize the team to review the change at specified level, address the issues should there is cross functional team work required and to monitor the change flow in the system in time; 

督促工程师跟踪好PLM/SRM系统变化，在指定权限内审查该变化，与其他部门共同解决该问题并在系统中及时监控好流量变化

8. Facilitate / lead the team to generate activities to improve financial performance, including the program OI performance, purchasing saving, VAVE, etc. 

带领团队开展活动来改善财务状况，包括OI指标、采购节约、VAVE等 

9. Other tasks assigned by senior management.

任职要求：

1. Junior college of mechanical major

机械专业专科及以上学历 

2. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin language capabilities 

英语读写熟练，普通话标准 

3.Minimum 8years working experience in Automotive parts companies with program management 

在汽车零部件行业至少担任过8年以上项目管理岗

4.Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
