2 Assist BC to prepare monthly landing & forecast, organize & follow up action to ensure monthly sales & margin budget
协助BC组织月度绩效预估，并组织和跟进营运部门采取行动以确保月度销售和利润预算
3 Assist BC to analyze monthly financial index, organize operation team to make action plan for next month
协助BC分析销售/利润等月度财务绩效，组织营运部门制定行动计划
4 Assist BC to optimize negotiation Process & follow the Implementation
协助BC组织部门流程的优化，确保营运部门执行相关流程
5 Manage the progress & evolution of annual commercial contract signature
管理年度合同的签订进度及合同条款的改善情况
6 Develop analytical tools & reports for operation team reference
制作报表和分析工具，供营运部门参考及分析
7 Promoter headcount management
