Job Purpose:
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects and ensure all the assigned projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget and aligned with company policy and process, with high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.
？ Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manager, and administrative support and third party vendors.
？ Manage MES around solution implementation in Pharm/CPG industries.
？ Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers’ complex projects.


Educational Qualifications/ Work Experience:
？ Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge;
？ Minimum 8 years of related work experience in enterprise level IT solution implementation.
？ Minimum 3 years of experience in MES or equivalent project management experience.
？ Project experience in the industries of Auto, Pharmaceutical, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), Electronic.
？ Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex customer projects.
？ Extensive experience with direct customer contact is required.
？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
？ Excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
？ Manage large multi-million turnkey project experience including multi-vendors and third party supply
？ Familiar with CSV(Computer System Validation) is a plus .

？ Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Travel – 30-50%
- Actual travel will vary based on business and work package requirement.
