Job Description:

1.Output

- Support manager to manage output of his respective area up to requirments by size and on time;

- Help manage stock of his respective section to avoid shortage and also overproduction of products;

- Ensure machine material availability,employee competency to fulfill output;

2. Quality

- Scrap reduction from his respective section.Defining measures to achieve the target and carrying out;

- Ensure machine material suitability,employee competency to fulfill quality;

- Support manager on improvement of the complaint from next process or customer;

3. People

- Carrying out all the actions needed to keep and improve the competency of the people of his respective area;

4. Efficiency&cost

- Carrying out the actions for productive efficiency of his respective section.Contributing to measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste;

- Implementing cost management.Help set up budget and control measure to carry out the plan;

5. Safety

- Cooperate with ESH department to carry out appropriate measures to train people ,address people and motivate people to take care of his safety;

- Ensure and improve machine and enviroment condition to reduce risk of safety.

6.5S/TPM

-Implement 5S/TPM activities in the area, and guarantee the peformance been sustained

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with major in machinary ；

- At least 2-3 years manufacturing experience ;

-Tire experience in tire plant or quality department experience preferred;

-Team management experience preferred.

In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
