Objectives of the Position

· Developing, setting up and monitoring system to ensure highest quality standard of process and service among overall value chain.

· COPQ controlling & optimization

· Evaluation based on the data with top management, make recommendations and set action plan for improvement. · Supervise and monitor IATF related activities and maintain the quality system in the company

Main Tasks

· Develop quality strategies, internal processes and metrics to improve overall quality of company

· Identify the potential and existing gap of QMS by NCM, process mapping and audit management, optimize the process to close the gap with cross-functional team

· Control Cost of Poor Quality (return goods, block stock and scrap, etc.), promote the reuse with NCM process monitoring, analysis and define measures to reduce the QM cost with related department and action tracking,

· Quality objective management, setting up the company and department KPI, monitor the performance and push the measures set up with related team, organize the monthly review meeting with management team and follow up the actions.

· Plan and lead continuous improvement projects with cross functional team based on the risk assessment, lead suggestion scheme project

· Customer complaint handling, organize the investigation and verify the action implementation

· Maintain quality management system of company by initiating internal audits (system audit / process audit / product audit /layer audit) in the relevant functions according to IATF 16949 requirement and customer special requirement

· Plan and lead activities related to ISO/IATF certification to secure the certification and successfully pass the subsequent audit

· Lead customer quality management activities including customer approval audits, yearly audits, satisfaction survey, PPAP submission, CSR, etc.

· Lead supplier quality management activities including supplier audit, supplier complaint handling, supplier quality performance assessment, etc.

· Quality reporting in company and regional: quality council meeting, management review, regional quality report

· Promote quality awareness and quality skills in the company by initiating training and workshop · Plan and control the function structure and manpower requirements, headcount and budget, establish development measures and appraise the performance of team

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

· Education: Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Outstanding command of English (verbal and written).

· Working Experience: >5 years’ experience in quality management field or related, Chemistry industry or Auto-motive industry experience preferred

· Technical & Professional Knowledge: IATF 16949 internal auditor; Familiar with the OEM quality system and customer special requirement; Knowing quality management tools and knowledge.

· Communication effectively, conflict control skills and strong willingness for collaboration
