Position Description

1. Recognize international education philosophy, core values, and student development objectives of the school.

2. Be responsible for overall school management; take charge of the school's teaching quality, curriculum planning, Chinese and foreign teachers management.

3. Comprehensively supervise the implementation of A Level program.

4. Establish and improve teachers' teaching and students' academic evaluation systems.

5. Maintain education teaching resources of the school; maintain communication and cooperation with Chinese and foreign teaching faculty.

6. Promote the internationalization of teaching; control the quality of teaching and research; ensure the full-English teaching or bilingual language teaching outcomes.

7. Learn and introduce the advanced achievements of international education; improve the education and teaching of the school.

8. Perfect HR system; audit faculty training.

9. Introduce Chinese and foreign talented educators; optimize human resources of school; build the core management team of school.

10. Take full responsibility of school marketing and PR work.

Position Requirements

1. A good command of international education; more than 5 years international/ bilingual school principal or vice principal work experience; more than 8 year work experience in the education field.

2. Familiar with the development trend and market of international education, the bilingual education development mode; possess international vision in education.

3. Have a good command of A level course system; possess advanced teaching ideas and excellent teaching/research abilities; know scientific management philosophy; be capable of establishing and perfecting the teaching management system of school.

4. Hold outstanding organizing and management skills, good at innovating, decision-making, planning, and implementing.

5. Fluent in English, bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred; familiar with the cultural differences between China and western countries; foreign nationality, or overseas study or work experience preferred.
