职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、收集、整理国内、外各类医药科研相关信息动态，进行新药或仿制药立项评估并形成专业评估报告，对项目的技术难度、知识产权状况、国内外申报情况、市场情况及政策风险等方面有充分了解；
2、对所负责的项目和团队进行项目管理和人员管理；
3、独立设计并组织进行较复杂的有机合成反应，设计工艺优化路线并组织进行工艺优化研究，可设计并组织进行合成工艺放大；
4、组织人员提供完整、系统的实验报告和合格样品，及时完成实验总结和下一阶段实验工作计划；
5、解决试产、调试、生产过程中的与产品工艺有关的难点和相关技术问题，并进行小试、中试或生产工艺交接；
任职要求：
1．药物合成、有机合成、化学工艺等专业硕士（含）以上学历；
2．5年以上相关工作经验，3-5年管理经验；具有丰富的项目管理经验及人员管理经验；
3．担任3年以上本专业主管以上职务，
4．熟练掌握实验室常用的化合物分离提纯技术和结构鉴定方法，例如NMR, HPLC, MASS, LC-MS, IR 等；
5．能够熟练地检索和精读各种化学文献及专利检索工具；
6．熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件、CHEMICAL DRAW等化工应用软件，大学英语六级以上。
7．具有优良的职业道德、敬业和团队协作精神，工作积极主动、严谨、高效，责任心强，善于学习和接受新知识，具有较强的沟通和协调能力。
