Objectives of the Position
-Optimize the safety, 5S, process, quality, cost and ensure process quality, smooth workflow, work efficiency to fulfill the internal/external customers’ requests

Main Tasks
-Ensure all the activities to fulfill the safety and 5S standard of BASF.
-Responsible for your own safety and care about safety of fellow workers as well, the detail information please see the EHS responsibility description.
-Optimize process to ensure the high efficiency and high quality of work in the defined time period.
-Optimize the process or procedure of lab interface activities.
-Optimize the room adaption or material placement to reach high efficiency.
-Dedicate to the cost saving activities.
-Responsible for the team management and ensure the smooth work of material and infrastructure management.
-Steer to manage the complex tasks, projects and analysis process including evaluation and quality assurance.
-Monitor the project schedule and coordinate the related parties to guarantee the success of projects.
-Compile related work instructions.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
-Education: Bachelor or above in process or chemical field
-Working Experience: 5+ years in process optimization, 2+ years team management experience
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good sense of process optimization and cost saving; excellent skills in communication and team work, strong sense of quality and safety;
