职位描述：
Objectives of the Position
-Manage service center to ensure the productivity, quality and efficiency and ensure the smooth work flow in company.
-Manage and develop the EHS, Quality performance
-Lead the investment and new project as IT system, new infra-structure…

Main Tasks
-Ensure all activities to meet BASF requirements of EHS, 5S and QM.
-Manage the team and daily work of service center.
-Have superior experience in Quality, Safety, Investment, analytical, Raw material and Project management
-Involve line projects and technical analysis
-Collaborate with global application centers for know-how exchanges and application center improvement.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
-Education: Master or above in chemical field or mechanical engineering
-Working Experience: 6 years in coating industry or related
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good sense of technology automotive OEM Coatings; Excellent skills in communication and team work, strong sense of quality and safety, application know-how
