职位描述：
? Manage the design of strategies and tactics for the acquisition of professional talent and recruit, developing sourcing plans to identify diverse pools of talent
? Manage and lead regular monthly recruiting metric reviews with key stakeholders (recruiting process, proactively improve dashboard metrics around quality of candidates, candidate conversion, time to fill and cost of hire with a strong focus on the key business capabilities).
? Maintain performance based relationships with line management.
? Lead initiatives around best practice implementation around strategic sourcing candidates, employer branding and technology enhancements.
? Ensure the accomplishment of all agreed recruitment.
? Benchmark talent acquisition best practices in the marketplace and ensure they are leveraged to enhance organizational performance; builds expertise and thought leadership in talent acquisition.
? Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and recruiting technology data integrity.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (skills):

? Bachelor Degree with background in Human Resource, Administrative Management or similar
? Minimum 5 years of overall recruiting experience including sourcing, internet recruiting, recruitment process management
? Experience with full life cycle recruiting to include job brief (job launch), developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, slate presentation, offer and close 举报 分享
