Job description:
1. Ensure timely and accurate handling Invoice in SAP Workflow
2. Perform price/quantity difference together with logistics and purchasing dept.
3. Setup smoothly communication channel with internal and external stakeholders
4. Ad-hoc task such like goods return and shipment holding
5. Perform AP regular report
6. Bi-weekly PPV checking report
7. Double invoices report checking
8. Long-term VAT invoice report checking
9. Advance payment long-term report checking
10. Regularly reconcile AP statement with supplier
11. As the windows to external supplier for AP operation including payment status query, disputes items follow up
12. Monthly execute GRIR clearing
13. Prepare GRIR reports by aging and do reason analysis
14. Aligning with logistics for pending GRIR Items to ensure smoothly AP operation
15. Closely follow up long-term GRIR issue
16. Perform Account reconciliation for AP related sub ledger
17. Perform PBC list regarding AP sub ledger parts per audit request
18. AP Overdue management
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Accounting or related
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in related field
