职位描述：
This candidate will conduct investigations in support of Honeywell’s Integrity and Compliance Program supporting a wide-range of customers including: Legal, Human Resources, and all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).
The candidate will be required to prepare clear, concise written investigative reports free of grammatical errors supported by investigative findings. The candidate will be required to conduct investigations concerning simple and complex financial fraud, internal theft, Travel and Entertainment fraud, work place violence, conflict of interest, intellectual property, bribery, and other investigations covered under Honeywell’s Code of Conduct.
The candidate will be required to plan, organize and conduct increasingly complex investigations. He/she will be required to develop an investigative strategy, conduct interviews of subjects, witnesses, and other individuals during the course of an investigation.
The candidate will be required to gather, process and maintain evidence during the investigation that will be used by HR and/or Legal to make employment decisions. In rare instances, the result of the investigation may be used in criminal and/or civil procedures.


Basic Qualifications

? Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline such as Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or in lieu of degree, a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Security, Law Enforcement or Intelligence Agency
Additional Qualifications
? Experience conducting complex white collar crime, fraud or any other financial investigative experience
? Experience conducting code of conduct or similar investigations in either government or the corporate environment
? Experience testifying in local, state or federal court hearings
