AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY职责范围
Assist and subsequently supervisor the implementation of all administrative policies and regulations of the Company
Daily service work
- Responsible for picking up the switchboard to transfer to relevant person, receiving and sending faxes.
- According to frame purchase agreement and the request of each department, make price relations and purchase for office equipments, stationeries, and daily necessities, and make the distribution record.
- According to employee’s request, arrange business trip, for example: flight tickets, train tickets, and hotel reservation, etc.
- Responsible for registering, delivering domestic and international express, and checking the account as well as applying for the payment.
- Print, check, calculate and apply for the payment of the employee’s business card.
- Deliver, calculate, and apply for the payment of employee’s drinking water
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
- Bachelor degree and above
- 2+ years of experiences in secretariat or general services department in MNC
-Good Command of English
Business understanding / Competences
- Hardworking and strong responsibility can finish assigned task on time with high quality. .
- Have good communication skill, good teamwork sense.
