职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Review tax returns and tax calculation, ensure all direct and indirect tax filings are reviewed, accurately and timely filed, and payments are made timely for all Chinese entities and branches;
2. Support in audits and successful implementation of the advisory aspects into the compliance process in partnership with other teams;
3. Manage International Tax Compliance and other tax projects, and provide compliance related indirect tax advisory;
4. Support M&A integration;
5. In general, be a catalyst for change by identifying and driving processes, partnerships and operational opportunities within an international or global framework.

Requirements:
1. Degree in tax or accounting related fields, thorough knowledge and experience in China tax law and practices;
2. Minimum 7 years in taxation role including substantial experience with a Big Four Firm or reputable MNC;
3. Strong English communication skills;
4. Project management, organizational and execution skills;
5. Ability to adapt to complex and constantly changing, fast paced. 举报 分享
