Job specification:

1.Prepare and review Conceptual and Basic engineering packages of assigned projects;

2.Monitor and supervise Detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;

3.Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Team members, Client members, contractors and relevant parties;

4.Support procurement activities;

5.Field engineering support;

6.Support of cost estimate for total investment;

7.Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force;

8.Report to the Project Manager.

Key qualification:

1.Bachelor Degree or above with engineering discipline, preferably majored in HVAC, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering;

2.More than 10 year relevant experiences in the general industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries;

3.Design experiences in the industries of electronics, solar power, biological, and chemical engineering are preferred;

4.Good written and spoken English, inter-communication skill with different parties. (ability to discuss technical issues and write technical letters and etc.);

5.Be familiar with local and international Codes and standards, and regulations, and their implementations;

6.Preferable with National Registered Utility Engineer Certificate;

7.Good knowledge and skill of AutoCAD;

8.Knowledge of Microsoft project planner;

9.Knowledge and experience in dealing with Chinese design institutes and international projects or offshore Clients are preferred;

10.Strong experience and technical background for engineering design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines;

11.Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement;

12.Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive;

13.Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.

Other requirements:

1.Preferable with national registered utility engineer certificate
