职位描述：
Responsibility
? Develop Memory Reliability Specifications
? Develop reliability Characterization Plan
? Develop Memory Qualification Plan
? Execute Characterization and Qualification
? Perform failure analysis, tracing root cause and corrective actions
? Develop reliability test scripts
? Develop Data Analysis/Automation scripts compatible with Big Data
? Specify/procure/bring up Rel Test/Debug/data analysis Equipment
? Work with Fab/Device/Packaging/Design/Characterization/BUs/PETE/Quality to resolve issues

Requirement
? MS minimum preferably PhD in Device Physics
? 5 Year experience in Device Reliability Characterization preferably in NAND Flash
? Good understanding of device structures, materials, fab processes, assembly processes
? Good understanding of device failure modes, acceleration factors, screen development
? Understanding of Package die interactions, mechanical stress analysis
? Good understanding of Reliability tests such as HTOL, P/E Cycling, DR, TC, TS, BHAST
? Good understanding of performance/reliability interaction 举报 分享
