职位描述：
Purpose of the Position:
1) Human resource management (hiring, developing a hiring strategy, drafting marketing material, drafting and updating job descriptions for all positions).
2) Human resource development (organizing training plans for staff and worker, developing a salary and benefit structure).
3) Human resource services (employee safety management, daily support to workers and staff).
4) Responsible for the formulation and perfecting company rules and regulations and supervise the implementation, standard administrative behavior, as well as the company announcement.
5) Drafting and updating and recommending company rules, management guidelines and human resource policies and procedures.
6) Facility Management (dormitory, car pool management)
7) Arrange and coordinate administrative affairs and staff (company security, IT, Canteen, cleaning ladies, electrician, guards and vehicle dispatching and management, etc.), responsible for internal training, improve staff work efficiency, and establish the related administrative affairs management system.
8) Legal aspects (company’s labor registration, annual check and inspections)
9) Organize company events
10) Be responsible for the budget and organization of the department
11) Participate in the emergency issues handle
12) Coordinating the relationship with other departments and support other departments work
13) Other tasks assigned by Top Management
14) Reporting to Top Management

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience as HR manager.
2) Experience working in an international environment
3) Good spoken and written English, Mandarin
4) Professional appearance and very good communication and organization skills
5) Familiar with EPR Systems
7) Flexibility/Adaptability
8) Ability to independently set targets and goals
9) Good decision-making skills
10) Strong character
