Job Description
Analysis:
1). Maintain all the IE data updated
2). Calculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the production area
Identification:
1). Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipments of the production area
2). Identify the effectiveness of the employees of the production area
Projects:
1). Suggest improvement projects to improve the standards
2). Implement the improvement projects defined
Tasks:
1). Request processing, work place designing, work organisation designing, time study / standard times studies, ovinspection IE, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and loses, improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, good idea management, process/production improvement project following up, monthly incentive bonus calculation, TPM activities facilitation
Report:
1). Report improvements measures in case of deviation compared to the standards
2). Present results during the monthly review of the production area
Expansion project:
1). Concept layout and variable headcounts caculations in expansion project
Continuous improvement:
1). With operation team, together work on the cost saving, efficiency improvement, work culture improvement projects


Job Requirements
Requirements:
1). Exposition techniques, Basics of communication, close contact to the shopfloor
2). Win­win conflict solving
3). Identify, analyze and solve problems
4). English skills
5). Knowledge about plant organization and time study
6). Autocad skills
7). Diploma in Engineering (Master/Bachelor)
8). Manufacturing processes of tire industry is desired. Experienced in process optimization
9). 1 or 2 projects experience preferred

Continental AG group was founded in Hanover, Germany in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and among top 500 enterprises in the world. In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
