职位描述：
Specific Position Requirements to include： 
Coordinate development activities in a project
Implement resin/plastic solutions on projects/platforms
Contribution to innovation pipeline, and IP pipeline strategy
Active contribution to MVT strategy with clear input about the next technology trends ( 3-5 years)
Define the right activities that enable the cost saving pipelines
Deploy and implement the materials MVT strategies and plans
End to end accountabilities on materials deliveries within respective Platform

What you need to succeed in this position:
Bachelor degree in polymer from a well-recognized university, MSc is a plus.
 At least 4 years experience/knowledge on home appliance or 3C products
Familiar with resin/plastic properties, testing and application
Subsystems level development experience. Resins/plastic application at subsystem level .
 Fluent oral English and good written skill is preferred
 Ability to interact with different Functions (Engineering, GSS, Marketing, GCD, Quality, and Manufacturing, etc.).
