Essential Functions/Responsibilities
1.Testing program confirmation with project department and testing schedule cascading to related departments;
2.Monitor key testing program, such as no-load testing, load testing, short-circuit testing; 3.Testing result analysis and assist to
issues shooting;
4.Testing bench equipment repairing & daily maintenance;
5.Testing tooling validation management;
6.Final testing reporting for completed motor;
7. Team management and technical training;
Qualifications/Requirements
1.College degree or above majored in electronic engineering or related.
2.More than 5 years working experience in motor testing
3.Team management experience
4.Electrical safety expert
5.Good rotation machines knowledge is preferred
6.Knowledge in drive is a plus
7.Good English communication is preferred
8.Good Attitude and teamwork player, willing to learn new knowledge
9.Able to handle pressure Desired
