职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Develop the strategic business plans. Coordinate different departments of the operations center, build and develop excellent operations team.
2、Develop internal evaluation indicators, annual development plan. Make sure they are successful completed.
3、Revise and implement the strategy plan. In charge of daily operations related to the system of business processes.
4、Organize the subordinate departments to maintain the relationship within the relevant industry, suppliers, distributors, etc.
5、Investigation, analysis and assessment of the market to determine customer needs and procurement opportunity.
6、Formulate and implemente sourcing strategies.
7、According to the market, the costs of procurement reporting, budget and control procurement costs.
8、Prepare procurement report to management.
9、To improve procurement processes and standards, reduce circulation, reduce inventory unit to save time and extra cost in order to achieve the goal of the inventory turnover.
10、Maintain the relationship between existing suppliers, the development of new suppliers.
11、Develop and maintain of the headquarters and overseas procurement, sales and marketing, logistics and other relevant functional departments of internal communication channels.
12、Conduct job training for new employees, and supervise their work.
13、Organize and coordinate business relations division and overseas team.


Requirements
1、Education: MBA or above.
2、Work Experience: more than 5 years senior management experience.
3、Training: trained in logistics management, production management, negotiation, management skills development training.
4、Skills / capabilities:
（1）Familiar with the material procurement bidding process;
（2）Has process management skills, familiar with the logistics management business processes.
（3）Familiar with the import and export business operations.
（4）Proficient in project management, and have successful experiences in implementing projects independently.
（5）Familiar with the industry dynamics and operational trends.
（6）Proficiency in the use of office software.
（7）Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
