岗位职责
1、为客户提供售后一对一服务，长期做好客户关系维护；
2、负责客户的日常维护，为客户提供咨询服务及现场培训等帮助；
3、为客户提供工作数据报告等；
4、负责客户的续费及快速响应客户各种紧急问题需求，为客户解决各种问题。

任职资格
1、具有大专或大专以上学历；
2、有1年以上相关经验；
3、善于沟通，具有一定的抗压能力；
4、熟练操作office软件；
