职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
? Ensure Commodity Strategy implementation;
? Deploy and implement the Supplier Quality Manual;
? Drive sustainable Q performance improvement for zero defects at assigned suppliers;
? Perform supplier capability assessment and process audit (acc. VDA 6.3) at assigned suppliers;
? Ensure deployment of Component Qualification Process (CQP) at assigned suppliers;
? Lead all necessary tasks of the CQP including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP);
? Lead the resolution of repetitive or customer claims with root cause analysis at suppliers;
? Validate corrective actions at supplier's location in claims handling process;
? Set the level of supplier escalation (acc. New Business on Hold (NBoH) procedure);
? Be responsible for quality targets by supplier in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process;
? Ensure continuous improvement process (CIP) at assigned suppliers to increase supplier's capability and productivity;
? Ensure conclusion of Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) for all assigned suppliers in cooperation with Commodity Buyers;
? Comply with WABCO and Sourcing & Purchasing (S&P) rules and policies;
? Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team

Output
? Well-performing, best-in-class supply base in the respective commodity, based on jointly developed strategy considering the business needs of WABCO

? Supplier Quality (field claims, 0km claims, ppm, supplier incidents)
? Supplier COPQ (cost of poor quality)
? Supplier strategy implementation
? Supplier contractual coverage
? Supplier capability assessment audits vs. plan
? Supplier CQP phases closed on time
? Supplier Initial samples and PPAP right first time and on time

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Experience
? Degree in Engineering
? Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality
? Minimum 2 years shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment
? Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset

Skills
? Six Sigma certification is an asset
? VDA6.3 certification is an asset
? Analytical Skills
? Ability to interact with the business
? Go beyond requirements
