SUMMARY:
Under the general guidance of HR Manager, plan, organize, schedule and coordinate the HR activities to support the implementation of the HR strategies.
The position is a comprehensive HR role, better have strengh on recturing, C&B, employee relation & training.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
1.To provide one-stop-support to business team, and build trust & connection with employees who are supported.
向所支持的业务团队提供一站式的支持,与业务团队成员建立信任和联系。
2.Keep close understanding of the business needs; translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
密切关注和了解业务需求,并把业务要求和挑战转化为相关的 HR的行动。
3. Be a listener and a communicator for the employees, be involved in employee relation issues.
倾听员工声音,并参与员工关系问题的解决。
4. Organize yearly training plan and ensure the execution for the training plan.
组织年度培训计划并确保培训计划的实施
5. Estabilish assessment system for training satisfaction & training effectiveness.
建立培训满意度,培训有效性的评估体系
6. In charge of C&B system & C&B works.
管理薪资福利系统,负责薪资福利方面的具体工作
7. Implement recruiting plan, ensure to find the qualified candidates in cycle time.
负责实施招聘计划,确保在规定的时间内找到合适的候选人。
8. Prepare analysis report on staffing including turnover rate, interview data, monthly recruiting status and etc.;
月度招聘情况、面试等数据等相关分析报表。
9. Conduct exit interview with records and support the retention plan.
进行离职面谈,为人才保留计划提供有效支持。
10. Make quarterly update for all JD & Org-chart based on SOP requirements.
根据SOP要求, 对所有JD及Org-chart进行季度更新。
11. Assist line manager to finish the other routine works.
协助直接主管完成其他日常工作。
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1.At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a general HR field with bachelor's degree. Manufacturing plants experience is a plus.
本科学历,至少3年以上人力资源综合领域工作经验。工厂从业经验者优先。
2. Good English communication skill.
良好的英语沟通能力。
QUALIFICATION:
1. PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
电脑技能:MS Office 等与工作相关的软件操作知识
2. Solid analytical skills. Quick Learner.
良好的分析能力,快速学习者。
3. Sound judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk and problem solving skills.
合理判断,分析和解决问题的技巧。
4. Strong organizational skills, communication/ listening skills, and presentation skills are essential.
优秀的组织能力、沟通/聆听技巧及表达技巧非常重要
5. Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.
能独立工作,灵活变动优先权。
6. Must have excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
