职位描述：
财务总监岗位职责：
1、在董事会和总经理领导下，总管公司会计、报表、企业预算体系建立、企业经营 计划、企业预算编制、执行与控制工作。 
2、全面负责财务部的日常管理工作，组织制定财务方面的管理制度及规定，并监督执行；
3、组织协调企业财务资源与业务规划的匹配运作， 公司财务战略规划的制定与实施。 
4、建立健全公司内部核算的组织、指导和数据管理体系，以及会计核算的规章制度。 
5、会同经营管理部门开展经济活动分析，组织编制公司财务计划、成本计划，努力降低成本、增收节支、提高效益。 
6、负责与政府财税部门联系，落实财税政策。 
7、负责加强与银行、工商、税务等相关部门的公关外联；
8、完成董事会和总经理交办的其它工作。
要求：
1、具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
2、具备优秀的统计能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题。
3、精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
4、熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
5、熟练使用财务软件。
6、诚信廉洁，勤奋敬业，作风严谨，敬业负责，有良好的职业素养。
7、具备优秀的中英文沟通能力。
Financial Director Job Description:

Job requirements：
1, comprehensive knowledge of the financial, accounting and financial management experience;
2, with outstanding statistical and financial analysis ability, be able to find and solve problems from the related data
3, And be familiar with state tax laws, have good occupation judgment ability and financial analysis experience;
4, familiar with national accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, audit regulations and policies;
5, skilled use of financial software.
