职位描述：
Position: Intern - HR
Reporting to: Recruiting Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Manage and develop sourcing channels and continuously improve channel effectiveness.
? Create job posting for all appropriate positions.
? Conduct CV screening and phone interview to shortlist qualified candidates.
? Track and maintain all recruitment related data and provide effectiveness reports as required.
? Other special HR projects assigned by TA manager.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
? Major in Human Resources Management or in business management is preferred.
? Basic communication skills including speaking, reading and writing in English
? Obey the manager’s arrangement provide inspection on time
? Good in communication
? Strong learning capability and willing to learn and continuous improvement
? Basic English reading & writing skills is a must, Mandarin.
? Personal computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. 举报 分享
