职位描述：
? Responsibility:
-Process development on Hybrid Flip Chip, interact Technology, Material & Equipment;
-Interface of process, to communicate the requirement from inner/outer customers;
-Recipe Baseline & design rule maintain;
-Trouble shoot for Flip Chip process;
-Program management for new/upgrade process;
-New Package development, qualification till VM, involve thru process & technology.
? Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years or Master Degree with Minimum 3 years working experience;
-Major in Material science / Semiconductor / Assembly engineering;
-Familiar with Flip Chip Process, Manufacturing flow and Quality control, Hybrid FC experience is preferred;
-Familiar with tradition semiconductor packaging/Assembly;
-Skill of Static Analysis and Quality control tool;
-Good to have program management skill;
-Good English communication (written and verbal) skills;
-Able to do international travel occasionally;
-Self-motivated, teamwork, hardworking, and be able to work under high pressure. 举报 分享
