职位描述：

Main Responsibilities & key tasks

1. Retail industry related software solution delivery including requirement study, coding, User Acceptant testing support, pilot support and documents and installation disk preparation.

2. Trip to based location and other cities to do the tasks if necessary.

3. Prepare statement-of-work, User Acceptant Testing test cases, operation manuals and installation manuals according to the project requirement.

4. OPOS compatible application integration, deployment, upgrade and maintenance..

5. Follow the instruction from his/her supervisors, Project Manager and Professional Service Manager.

6. Quick response to hotline inquiry and problem report.

7. Conduct technical or operation training to Service Division, solution partners and end-users.

8. Learn & familiar with business know-how and technical know-how on Retail industry.

9. Acquire the technical know-how from R&D.

10. Well cooperate with sales manager, service engineer and ASP SSD support staff during application enhancement ad problem solving.

11. Customer expectation management skills such as presentation skills, customer know how, when and what solution will be deployed.

12. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.

Professional Experience

1. At least 3 years of working experience in terminal system SW/application development/deployment.

2. Knowledge of C++ is a must.

3. Experience in self-service industry is a definite advantage.

4. Experience in OPOS application integration and development is a definite advantage.

5. English in writing & reading is a must

6. Quality Assurance knowledge is a definite advantage.

7. Experience of Java/J2EE software development/test for the Web Application or Enterprise Application is an advantage.

8. Windows driver developement experience based on Windows API is an advantage.

9. Unix/Linux and shell programming basics is an advantage.

10. Eager to acquire the technical know-how.
