Salary: above 15k

Qualification:
University degree in engineering discipline
Engineer Certificate and above
Minimum work experience of 8 years in engineering area
Of which, 5 years leading experience at a management level in project execution
Preferable with international engineering execution experience
Professional knowledge on ASU engineering and process, chemical/metallurgy technology, project management/cost controlling.
Good team cooperation/ownership (responsibility), good at communication, understanding, planning, execution, and willing to learn/improve
IT knowledge on project management, MS office, internet, English/Chinese typing
Fluent in written/oral English

General Tasks
Overall project management and controlling on schedule, cost and quality
Prepare the monthly cost report/quarter risk report, controlling the procurement cost and engineering hrs; support commercial manager to follow up the contract payment.
 Prepare the monthly schedule report to meet contractual requirements, take actions to prevent the delay.
 Internal coordination Linde subsidiaries (e.g. LEHQ, LED, etc.). External coordination with client, design institute, construction company. Solve problem with support from other department and team building.
 Give instructions to Project engineer and project assistant to file/achieve the project documentation.
 Supporting sales for bidding
 Optimize the project overall cost and propose the cost saving approach, optimize the work procedure and propose improvement suggestions.
