Job specification:
Staffing:
- Performs and coordinates On-boarding and integration activities
- Assists in the development and implementation of retention strategies
- Provides support and liaise with agency interfaces and administration
Compensation and Benefit: Performs and provides consulting support in the areas of:
- Participates in project proposals, providing HR pricing, employment terms and conditions
- Provides support and consulting service for project sites’ staff Compensation and Benefit issues
- Supports staff insurance scheme administration in line with Generalist Service
- Provides support on Performance Enhancement Process (PEP) and general performance improvement strategies
Learning & Organizational Development: Performs and provides consulting support in the areas of:
- Employee learning programs coordination, management and development initiatives
- Serves as the role of employee communication to boost Company culture
- Provides training administrative support, learning results evaluation and submitting necessary L&OD reports as well as coordinating with regional training programs as requested.
- Liaise with newsletter team on regional quarterly “Asia Outlook” E-Newsletter
HR Data Analysis, Metrics and Reporting: Performs and provides consulting support in the areas of:
- Develops and manages HR work process documentation, performance management metrics and data collection, serve as change agent for policies and procedures
- Analyzes trends and makes recommendations on work process improvements
- Reviews system data and assists with HR data integrity issues
- Develops reports and data downloads used to manage the HR and operations processes, such as turnover, grade mix, assignment location, diversity, longevity, expatriate assignment status etc.
- Assists with senior management reports and presentations as required.
Key qualification:
At least 1 year HR professional experience with high potential (move to the next level) but more expertise in Recruitment and Staffing field and Learning & Organizational Development area, including Specialist experience (Minimum 2 years) in one or more of the HR service functions (Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation &Benefit, Learning & Organizational Development , Employee Relations and etc.)
- Mobility – Must be able to travel and willing to work in project sites as needed
- Demonstrated HR business partner consultation and passion
- Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in HR Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification
- EPC industry HR experience
Specialized Skills:
- Must have experience and knowledge of HR management policies and work processes
- Pragmatic problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Project Management know-how
- Solid commitment to customer or employee service with” Can-do” attitude
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work
- Good command of English both in oral and in written
- Proficiency in MS Office such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and etc.
Personality:
- Business-oriented; Matural and not emotional type personality;
- Independent professional but with systematic thinking rather than just effective doing.
Selection Criteria:
- University graduate with at least 5-8 years of solid experience with a proven record in HR Management field, with exposure in China market a definite advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with a passion for HR Management, enjoys creating new solutions to meet changing demands and with a continued drive to raise the bar.
- Good influencing skills, with the ability to consult, analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate the HR Management intervention end to end.
