Job Description:

Industrialization
？ Ensure the industrialization of compounds and materials within the plant goals, the customer and R&D requirements
？ Ensure the reliability of the curing specification
？ Optimization of mixing process
？ Optimization of compounds for reasonable processing behavior
？ Optimization of material cost

Quality
？ Ensure that the production can produce the raw material and compounds within the plant goals
？ Support the quality department for scrap reduction
？ Specification optimization for compound stability and improvement

Experimental tire order
？ Ensure the availability of new compounds and materials for experimental tire building
？ Ensure that all the compounds and materials are within the required specification
？ Ensure the appropriate decision about release, recycling or other use of non-conforming compounds, fabrics and cured tires

Follow-up
？ Ensure the follow-up of the introduced product during the RN phase
？ Ensure the RNs are closed within the timing given by R&D and within the 341 success criteria

Technical assistance
？ Ensure the availability of specification of cement

Job Requirement:

Education/Certification
-Degree in Chemical Engineer

Professional Experience
3 years in PI department or R&D compound development

Project/Process Experience
Preferably mixing process experience

Continental AG group was founded in Hanover, Germany in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and among top 500 enterprises in the world. In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
