Day to Day Responsibilities:
Develop detailed customer / sales plans for China
Explore China auto market and define commercial strategy to capture the market opportunity.
Develop account sales budget; Identify opportunities and risks
Develop customer plans and strategies, and optimize ongoing sales
Actively manage complexity at customer projects
Lead all aspects of sales / order management process to meet sales targets
Understand customer requirements - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities
Execute the customer plan in alignment w/product plan
Ensure satisfactory and payment performance
Collect/synthesize market information, and communicate with respective teams
Get PO and meet the revenue targets
Resolve customer issues facilitate responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
Respond to customer requests
Ensure quality/service issue resolution
Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans
Continually increase customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience
Batch degree (with 5-10 year experience) or Master degree (with 3-5 year experience) in Touch panel industry or Auto industry, or a related fields
BD experience a plus
Experience as an application engineer or technical sales a plus
Required Skills
Strong technical background in specialty glass, or Auto industry, touch panel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Mandarin are “must”
Outstanding interpersonal, telephone, presentation skills are “must”.
Good cross functional team communication skill. Experience in multiple team work.
Strong problem solving skills, and independent execution skills
Quick learner with clear and logic thinking, effective priority skills
Ability & willingness to travel
Desired Skills
Knows how to sell. Goes beyond the transaction to actively manage long-term goals
Strong knowledge of commercial transaction processes
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Demonstrates effective organizational skills
Results oriented / accomplishment driven
