- Formulationof marketing and brand plan:
Assisting Marketing Manager to,
? Master the marketing planning process and procedure;
? Understand target consumer touch points;
? Able to develop communication key message to fulfill marketing campaign and NPD;
? Capable of briefing, managing and delivering communication contents (ie. communication message, format and activities) on time and of good quality;
- Activation:
? Managing in-store and digital merchandising and marketing materials (incl. designing and production of display fixture, POS, premiums, etc.);
? Managing compony website, Wechat A/C and Micro-blog A/C;
? Developing marketing tools, eg. brand book, product catalogue and training module;
? Executing, monitoringand evaluating marketing campaigns and projects;
? Understanding different types of media and their implication in reaching target consumers;
? Developing consumer/shopper engagement programme by closely working with digital team;
- Data analysis and reporting:conducting data mining, analysis and reporting (incl. market intelligence), able to translate findings into marketing plan and activation;
- Consumer insights:Identifying target consumers and explore consumer insights, shopper attitudes and usage and need hierarchy from data, research and consumer behavior via observation;
- Brand Financial capability: understanding basic financing and procurement principles to guide daily budget management work, mastering P&L and ROI evaluation methodology;
- Team collaboration: positively co-working with cross functional team to drive programme results as planned. Demonstrating attitude and skill to monitor, motivate marketing agencies to implement the project with aligned plan and outputs.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor degree, degree in related Business Discipline and Marketing is preferred;
- Familiar with both off-line and e-commerce sales channels;
- Brand Marketing Experience (2-4 years); Familiar with FMCG industry; experienced in working with agencies and deliver results;
- Alert to the latest Marketing trends, tools and methodologies;
- Quick learner, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, being able to spot and leverage opportunities (can-do mentality), practical and hands-on, detail and results-oriented, sets high standards regarding quality of his/her own work, continually striving for improvement;
- Good commander of English.
