Our client, a world leading manufacture industry, now is searching a senior finance manager based in kunshan

Responsibility:
1. Make sure to full compliance with both statutory / legal regulation & requirements, establish and maintain a robust internal controlling environment, including
- Use company evaluating instrument
-Guarantee all the financing, IT to be done in accordance with formal procedure
-Abided by the rules and regulations of local accounting, cost accounting, IT industry. Manage & improve the existing financing, IT procedure/workflow including
-Make daily and monthly report timely & accurately
-Weekly Reporting & Monthly/Quarterly Rolling forecast
-Complete cost & profit analysis to support pricing strategy
-Maintain a virtuous IT environment, including hardware, software standard and network safety

Control the related financial risks, including
-Metal price
-Metal balance
-Credit
-Cash flow
-Interest Rates
-Insurance
2. Develop and lead the team of financing, IT;
3. Assist FC and GM to make and carry out financial decision and operation planning;
4. Make suggestion in proper time to ensure maximization of profit and efficient allocation of resources;
5. Closely participate the management team activities and assist in key decision making
6. Develop, supervise, maintain and use a series of financial performance evaluating key points as one of the managing instrument of the company;
7. Establish a good relationship with bank partner and fulfill its request for financial report. Relocate the capital with accounting department; 8. Establish good relationship with joint partner and fulfill its request for financial report;
9. Complete other works assigned by supervisor

Requirment:
1) At least 10-year experiences in Finance and manager level;
2) Well possession of extensive experience in accounting, tax and Chinese enterprise finance and taxation laws and regulations
3) Solid manufacturing costing background / experiences gained from process oriented manufacturing MNC
4) Have the ability of leadership, strategic planning, analytical skills and solving problems;
5) Strong skill in interpersonal and communication, coordination;
6) Excellent written and spoken English, PC skills. Experience in multinational or foreign enterprise preferred.
