职位描述：
Warehouse Operation
？ unloading tires from trucks;
？ receiving check on Tires and papers; receiving records documentation:
？ tire inbound and labelling
？ put tire on right racks
？ pick up tires out of racks
？ scrap tires as requested and documentation
? exceptional: receiving and sending of other goods as rims, machines, spare parts, etc.

Logistic operation
? outbound inspection (quantity, size, quality)
? tire preparation: marking/stamping/cleaning/mounting/package as customer requested
? loading of goods into transport vehicles
? Creating of shipment documents
? documentation for logistic papers

Traceability and Quality management
？ during unloading process, Missing tires have to be documented and signed by the truck driver;
？ during inventory check, missing tires have to be reported and difference be identified in GTTL system;
? old, Dirty or damaged tires have to be reported or blocked in special space;
? continuously improve tire safety/environment safety in warehouse and logistics

Others
? operate fork lifter with license
? maintain and keep warehouse equipment and spare parts/racks in good situation
? keep 5S in warehouse area
? carries out any jobs or activities as instructed by supervisor

Job Requirement:
Male, College degree; Strong and health; fork lifter driving license
Experience in warehouse/logistics operation; Strong and health
Nice to have lead ship experience

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
