Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide key support to supervisor on timely and accurate monthly closing (regular billings, G/L entries, account reconciliations and other related process)
Perform monthly and annual tax filing as well as government annual inspection in a timely manner
Responsible for Fixed Asset and Project Cost, including CIP review, capitalization, tagging and cycle count.
Participant in annual inventory count
Cooperate with Government Affairs on government grant collection and other beneficial treatment
Cooperate with external auditors on local statuary audit and transfer pricing
Cooperate with intercompany partners, resolve unreconcilied items and manage timely foreign payment
Participate in department spending budget process
Maintain relationship with regulators, including but not limited to Tax Bureau, Statistic Bureau and SAFE.
Assist Manager and Supervisor to optimize process and improve efficiency
Assist Manager and Supervisor to coach junior team members
Ad-hoc Projects / Tasks
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/ Finance
Over five years related working experiences in multinational business, at least two years’ experience in Statutory reporting/Tax filing
Big Four audit firm background is a plus
Must be adept in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluent oral and written English
Soft Skills
Team work spirit
Flexibility, able to work under pressure
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook,
