职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责装配产品前期开发工艺流程图编制，参与PFMEA，控制计划编制，负责操作指导书编制。
2、负责本工序和生产所需要设备（工装，检具，工位器具，流转器具）开发，并验证制造过程和设备工装的可靠性。
3、参与产品设计规范评审，为产品工程师提供意见，使产品设计满足工艺性要求。
4.、参与生产线布局和产能分析设计生产车间的平面布置。
5.、开发期间样件制作管理，后期量产工艺交接，培训操作工，技术员。
6、支持项目成本核算工作。
7、参与精益生产推广和应用。


岗位要求
1、具有团队精神、敬业精神、责任心强、有上进心，具有较强的协调能力和沟通能力；
2、机械、电子专业大专以上学历，或熟悉汽车零部件或者同类型产品者优先考虑；
3、能够熟练运用AUTOCAD或Pro/E 等CAD设计软件。

   ActBlue Co., Ltd is a joint venture founded in Jan. 2009 by a Ph.D team from the North America. Its main focus is diesel and gasoline aftertreatment system development and production.
     With its cutting edge technologies, ActBlue is able to supply Three-way Catalyst (TWC), Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Particulate Oxidation Catalyst (POC),etc. These products can meet Euro 3, Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission mandates and be used on on-road and off-road vehicles, marine, generator, and retrofit.
      ActBlue now has 14,400m2 production facility, containing automatic catalyst production line, converter canning and exhaust system packaging line, catalyst laboratory, engine emission and calibration laboratory, etc, with annual capacity of 1 million liter catalyst and capability of engine emission measurement and calibration service. With under construction SCR and DPF production lines, ActBlue is targeting at annually 2 million pieces of all kinds of aftertreatment products.
