General Tasks
Q
Participation in preparation and administrative guidance of IMS documents together with the departments involved
Check basic IMS documents from HQ and Inform related employees about new issues and revisions of IMS documents in a timely manner
Lead company internal IMS audit and supervise audit follow-up measures to maintain management system participate ISO9001 certificate audit and other external audit
Offer administrative guidance for the interface between departments (RPM PO) and support their continues improvement
Participate project QA/QC improvement measures and systematically analyze for a continuous improvement of quality
Offer advice to Management for company quality management system
HSE
Participation in preparation and administrative guidance of HSE documents, especially for the document form HQ and Inform related employees to assure implementation
Lead company site and construction site internal audit and supervise audit follow-up measures to maintain management system
Participate ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 certificate audit and other external audit required by HQ or local agency
Prepare project main HSE document to support construction and commissioning
Participate project HSE improvement measures and systematically provide measure for a continuous improvement
Offer advice to Project Execution, Global construction and commission for construction and commissioning HSE improvement

work experience of 2 years in field of quality/HSE area
Preferable with international engineering execution experience
Good facilitation, distinctive interpersonal skills and communication skills

Engineering Hub of Linde Engineering in P.R.China
Linde Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (LEH) was established on April 30, 2005 and its former “Hangzhou Engineering & Sales Center” of Linde Process Plant Co., Ltd. since from 2002.
