工艺验证
To write/edit validation documents and report, supervise all the data from the validation processes, including scale-up
书写/编辑文件和报告，监管所有的工艺验证数据，包括放大。
Production of Pilot Plant batches
中试批次的生产
To coordinate and/or monitor production of pilot plant/production batches following written instructions (SOPs and Master Batches). Comply with the fixed objectives in quality, quantity, cost and time.
依据写好的指令（SOP和批记录）协调和/或监督中试/生产批次的生产。在质量、批量、费用和时间上遵守固定的目标。
Taking care of Kilo Lab batches
关注公斤级实验室批次 Coordinating tasks for production of Kilo Lab batches
协助公斤级实验室批次生产的任务。
Writing manufacturing methods (Master Batch)
编写生产方法（批记录） Writing of procedures of manufacturing in accordance with the data received from R&D.
依照从研发部门获得的数据，编写生产工序。
To carry-out lab trials/transformations
进行实验室小试/转换 To carry out synthetic reactions in the R&D lab and/or Kilo Lab for the purpose of Process Optimisation and Homologation of secondary sources.
在研发实验室和/或公斤级实验室进行工艺优化或工艺确认。
In-Process Control Testing
工艺化过程控制测试
To carry out In-process control tests for Process Validations and Product Batches; including TLC, IR Spec, Karl-Fischer Titrations, Potentiometric Assays, Loss on Drying and other similar techniques. To partake in validation exercises of such IPC analytical methods.
进行工艺验证和生产批次的工艺化过程控制测试，包括：薄层色谱法、红外光谱、卡尔—费休滴定、电位分析、干燥失重和其它类似的技能。参与类似工艺化过程控制分析方法的验证实验。
Writing of Manufacturing Sheets.
生产单的书写
Writing of manufacturing sheets necessary for the correct tracking of the processes.

安徽美致诚药业有限公司是由原池州瑞克药业有限公司更名改制而成，是一家开发、制造原料药和医药中间体的外资控股企业。
公司现已投资兴建“年产200吨拉贝洛尔、50吨R-(-)-巴氯芬、20吨乙基维生素C”三条生产线，该建设项目中三种产品均为精细化工——医药中间体，市场需求量较大，前景较好。
